Ainda em modo ‘leve’, para depurar o organismo, acabo de preparar este simples prato: fiz pequenas ‘sandwichs’ de curgetes (em forma de cabaça) recheadas com meios tomates (mini), sobras de carne de peitos de peru, palitos de cenoura, e pequenas fatias de queijo de cabra. Temperei com flor de sal e um fio de azeite e levei ao forno. Gosto do resultado!
