Há muitas formas de celebrar este sol, enorme, amarelo. A quase primavera que este dia luminoso de fim de janeiro nos traz. Para mim, passou por oferecer-me este lanche às três das tardes, sem ter almoçado: uma mistura de iogurte natural de soja, muesli, sementes de goji e chia, e um kiwi, cuja frescura e perfume antecipam a estação que se segue.
